I like the UI and the logical way it works. It looks very nice and seems to be worth having.

I kinda liked it. It was a little more then I needed. I run a computer repair shop, and just need a record of work done, not a ticketing system that allows others to make tickets and such.

The biggest issue for me personaly, was the inability to print. Example: Make a ticket as a customer walks in with his computer, and then print out a receipt/invoice for him to take with... Then printing out an addidional one once work is complete to send with finished computer.
